What is the difference between SylliFlor and other Psyllium husks?

SylliFlor psyllium husks are unique Danish diet supplements that differ substantially from other diet supplements with psyllium husks. That is because the psyllium husks in SylliFlor are coated.

SylliFlor is produced by a patented manufacturing process technology that produces a very thin layer of mainly resistant starch, coconut oil and flavouring ingredients around the psyllium husks. Resistent starch form a crispy layer around the husks, while the coconut oil delays the swelling of the husks in liquid and carries the flavouring. This special technology makes SylliFlor tasty and crispy, and it ensures that the product is NOT sticky in the mouth.

The coating also delays the absorption of water by the psyllium husks, and prevent them from swelling up immediately when in contact with water or any other liquid. The coating is degraded after a few minutes in water/liquid allowing the psyllium husks to start absorb water.

So the major differences between SylliFlor and other products with psyllium husk is that SylliFlor is crisp, mixes readily with water, thickens slowly, it is tasty and not sticky in the mouth.

SylliFlor is both nice to eat and gives the full effect from the dietary fibres.

SylliFlor is available in five variants: Vanilla, Malt, Apple & Cinnamon, PlainCalcium, and Colostrum.
