Complaints

If the product received is defective, please direct your complaint in writing to Biodane Pharma soonest possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Please submit your complaint to info@biodanepharma.com and enter ”complaint” in the subject field or send a letter of complaint to the following address:

Please return the defective product together with the invoice or packing slip (or copies of front & back). The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged during return shipment to us.

When returning defective goods we recommend that you pack them properly and carefully, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. Please retain your receipt for dispatch. You must pay the costs of returning the goods.

We do not accept receipt of goods sent by COD (Cash on Delivery)

In the case of justified and timely complaint the product will be replaced free of charge, or the purchase can be terminated according to agreement.

Goods with defects due to improper handling or storage are not replaced, as this is beyond control of Biodane Pharma.
