Sylliflor products are exceptional because of the coating, (see What is the difference between SylliFlor and other products with psyllium husks?) which gives the delicious taste and is the reason why they are not sticky in the mouth.
It also means that SylliFlor is slightly higher in calories than other Psyllium husk products; however, the higher caloric count is rather insignificant, and we still recommend them to anyone wishing to increase their dietary fibre intake.
The exact nutritional values for the diffent types of SylliFlor psyllium husks is found in the table beneath.
